Need Help With My TTM57sl. Need A USB Cable And The Faders Are Sticking

I bought a ttm57 from someone and there is no USB cable included. What ype of USB cable do I need to purchase for it?
Also, the faders are sticking when moved back and forth. I have owned 2 ttm56's and have played on several ttm57's so I know that something is terribly wrong with the faders on this ttm57 I just purchased. They are sticking very badly and are extremely tight. Is this something I can fix myself? I may just open a paypal dispute against the seller if I am going to have to get the faders serviced. The seller claimed it was in "LIKE NEW" condition.. But it definately is not. There are no scratches on the faceplate or anything, but the faders are pretty much useless in the sahpe there in. And also there is no usb cable. What type of USB cable do I need to purchase for the TTM-57sl?

any usb cable that satisfies the port of enteries each side (mixer and computer) will work and do the job just dont go with ridiculus long ones try the cable modem usb wire if you have one...
faders sticking might be mixer was opened & stripped but they couldn't store everything back together properly might be the cause of it... check if you can see any gray chip marks visible on the black screws attached on the face plate (surface) of the mixer if not look more clearly see if you see any ink yeah sharpie ink applied since that kinda covers the screws metal gray chips to clear out that mixer was opened or not.
if i were you i would have opened the mixer carefully and test it with out the face plate attached see if the faders ,buttons and knobs are working fine.
than keep that in mind rane offers 2 year solid 3 year if registered within 10 days of purchase from an authorized dealer so you should check back with rane
but rane do not cover or service faders unfortunatly.

thats why i sucked it up and paid 200 dollars more and bought my mixer from a dealer instead of ebay.

Check the manual or do a search for the recommended cleaner by Caig called DeOxit. I had a problem with sticky faders and used this and everything was butta afterwards. I only had to clean this once and everything works like a charm.

Just wondering,..when you guys speak of "sticky faders"..does that mean it's "gritty" or "rough" when you slide it or do ya'll mean it 'bleeds over" as you slide it?
