I'm trying to figure out the best way to correct the tempo of human drums in some of my audio files. The tempo wavers quite a bit in the changes of the song that it's a pain in the ass to ride a mix. I want to stretch and shrink portions of the files to keep the beat consistent. I know I could do this in Audacity but i think one of you might know a better way. Can you do this in Ableton?
(this question is SSL related because once I fix the track I will procede to play the shit out of it in SSL)

PT Plug-in only, standalone in the works for version 3.
not automated, but simple enough to get something like that into time...

Beatmarking with Ableton Live and shifting trhe beatmarkers could also work on some tracks.
