I know this has been discussed in other posts, but I cannot find a definite answer as to what i am asking. When i download a whitelabel song to windows computer, the sound quality of each song sucks. Very muddy. Is there a way to download the song correct? or am i missing something?
Thanks everyone.....

How are you playing the track?
To play the track at full bitrate (and hence sound quality), you must be playing it back through SSL or ITCH with your Rane/ITCH hardware connected.
Playing the Whitelabel files in offline mode, or with any other application, will only have access to the low bitrate 32k preview track which will sound horrid.

No, you only need it connected during playback to get full sound quality out of Whitelabel files.

Hey dj.getem,
The following is from our FAQ:
If you are playing a wl.mp3 file in Scratch Live with Rane hardware attached, or in Serato ITCH with an ITCH controller attached and it is playing as low quality 32kbps audio, then you may have an old software version. Whitelabel file playback requires at least Scratch Live 1.7.4 or ITCH 1.1. Software updates can be downloaded from www.serato.com.
