I still mix between videos and regular audio. Is there a way that when I switch to audio, I can still leave a video image on the screen? Like fillers or something? Then when I come back to video still be good?

no, in vsl you can not "still leave a video image on the screen."
when you load/unload a track the image leaves. so you have to load a new image with each track or preset an image to each track.
you can with ME tho.

ME, Me or me may refer to:
* Me, grammatical inflection of I (pronoun)
* Me (kana), a letter in the Japanese language
* Me (mythology), Sumerian behavioral code
* Lyn Me, fictional character of the Max Rebo Band in Star Wars
