someone have probably asked this earlier (post url to thread in that case)

wonder if there are any restrictions to use purchased mp3s on beatport with ssl (and burning cd-s for that matter) .. ??

or is it simply a regular mp3 just like when you encode by yourself?

Nope, no restrictions, they're just regular mp3s. Although you can get wav files as well from Beatport.
