When I try to play real records the sound is WAY low.....can barely hear anything!! i looked through the forum and didn't see anything about this problem. I have tried all connection/set up positions. Very frustrating!!!

make sure you have the dipswitch for that input set to phono, not line

also worth checking your needles arent completely shot. plenty of times your needles will get torn up without you noticing cause you're not hearing the vinyl noise.

dipswitch it was....and it took me a whole five minutes of messing with it to figure that out.
everytime i ask a question on the forum i find the problem immediately after.
gonna stick with just the preview from now on
