Can someone explain the key lock to me i tried to used it i must be missing something this is on the 57

it locks the key of the song at +/-0% pitch, allowing you to speed up/slow down the tempo/BPM without affecting the pitch. Although the sound quality isn't the greatest on bass heavy tracks. It's useful if two songs are in the same key but different tempos.

not to mention how bad sound on regional mexican music (any explanation ???).

seratos keylock seems to be aimed more at simple drum beats (it sounds just like the 'beats' setting of ableton's timewarp)
