Sync Itunes playlists to Serato Crates

We all love the feature to sync serato to your itunes playlists but we can only take advantage of this when we use our own laptops. What happens if we want to use our itunes playlists on another computer? I think it would be awesome if there was a feature that let you automatically sync your itunes playlists to SSL crates.

I do realize that you can manually drag all files into a crate but it is very tedious especially if you have many itunes playlists that are always changing. I think lots of DJ's would like this because it would combine two great features that already exist into one, that being the "reading itunes playlists" and also "reading crates off an external hard drive"

well this could be solved even better if serato could edit itunes playlists

Yes, I agree. We need a way to sync Serato Crates with iTunes Playlists. An option that lets you pick what crates you sync with what playlist. And/or have Serato be able to edit iTunes playlists too.

I try to use iTunes to manage my playlists then move them to Serato Crates too. Its painful. Plus there are lots of times when i will add songs to the crate in serato, never to have it reflect in my itunes playlist. This is the main problem. Or, i edit my iD3 tag in serato and the file goes missing from iTunes.

We need a syncing tool! (even if its a third party app, like scratch tools)

i totally agree,

while building playlists, adding cue points, and loops i find myself switching between iTunes and Serato, sometimes forcing serato to re-load my iTunes library mutiple times. it would be great if serato had more power to simply edit iTunes playlists.
