hi,
I have serato itch with a Vestax VCI 300 and i cannot use the White label tracks , is it normal?

Download the latest version of ITCH, it will support Whitelabel-tracks.

Correct.

Whitelabel file support was added to ITCH in version 1.1. You can download the latest version of ITCH at serato.com
