No. It would be illegal and a breach of the TOS anyway.

This is the one thing that i absolutely can't stand about whitelabel tracks. The only way to make your extended intros/outros is to build your loops within scratch live itself ahead of time and then use those prebuilt loops as your intros and outros. it's a total pain and you can't do nearly as much with it, but that's basically all you can do

Play the song in scratchlive while recording it. Then do the editing like you normally would. Sure there's an extra step, but it can be done.

And probably still breaching the TOS which we all signed up before using WL.

Here is my thing about all of this music business stuff:...

I get free promo music because the record labels believe that I can help promote their new music, and open the music listeners ears. I feel that if I need to do something like re-drum a track, make an edit, or make a remix in order to comfortably play the song in my bar/club. The record labels and pools should be happy that I am promoting and playing their music, not mad at me for re-recording something. I personally know of quite a few people that came up to me and asked for the name of the song that I just played was, for the sole purpose of purchasing it off itunes, the DJ Class Kanye West I'm the ish is the perfect example of that. That song got no airplay around here, but I know of a lot of people that purchased it cause I was banging it last winter and spring. Anyways...If I need to remix or re-drum a track to make it work the labels and pools should be glad that I am making the song work in my area, not mad. end rant.
