Help requests and product seriel numbers
Was gonna ask a question in the Numark NS7 forum, but that can only be submitted as a 'help request'. One of the fields the website wants is the product serial number. So I went and added the serial number to my profile in the "Edit Your Profile" section. However, when going back to the help request form, it does not automatically pull the serial number I entered into the message. Shouldn't it let you pick the product from your registered products to auto-fill this field?
