Locked Tune

One of my recent downloads says; the track is locked and when I enter my email it says my email is incorrect. What can I do to unlock the tune?

I'm having the same problem and it won't say which track is lock, it just pops up at the top of itch.

You'll see a padlock icon overlay in Scratch Live or ITCH indicating the track(s) that is/are locked.

There was a tracks on Eninem - Relapse: Refill that was incorrectly locked. This is fixed now. If you download it again and replace the file it won't require unlocking.

cool thanks i tried to play that track on sunday and was puzzled when i couldn't.
