Is Whitelabel broken, or am i?

I need help everyone.

For some reason the songs i'm recently downloading don't completely download. When they get to the last tiny, tiny bit of data left they just stay frozen and dont ever fully finish. I'm using mac and have downloaded from the site before. Help is greatly obliged.

Is it only particular tracks that are causing you problems? Did you try downloading the same tracks again?

Yes, I tried downloading the same tracks on different web browsers including: Safari, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Firefox (On my mac, and on a seperate PC). Not only that, but I tried downloading other tracks that had nothing to do with what I really wanted. I just now tried downloading a Rihanna "Russian Roulette" remix and i'm still having the same problem. What's going on? Please fix!!!

That's pretty weird scratchbattery.

We're delivering thousands of files every day and I've never heard of anyone else experiencing this particular problem.

Given that you've experienced this problem on different computers and with different browsers and I'm inclined to think that the problem is at your end. Maybe it's a problem with your ISP or your internet connection in particular.

I've certainly never experienced this behavior myself (and I've download a LOT of Whitelabel files) and, as I said, I've never had reports of similar behavior from other users.
