half my crates disapeared????

i made a new crate for a show, protect library on, and when i got to the show half my crates were gone? i restarted serato and all my crates are gone except when i plug in my external and then the crates i backed up on my external show up, what happened to all my crates??? my computer has been telling me for a few days that i need to make more room on my start up disk, but that wouldnt delete crates that the tracks are still on my desktop would it??? please help numerous shows coming up in two days and this sucks!!!!

dj_2be, your issues are more likely related to your software and/or hardware setup.

For that reason I suggest you start a Help Request and have the support team work through your problems with you.

hey that happen to me when i transfered all my songs to a hard drive. then found out they were always in my computer. i just had to locate them. if you have a mac i suggest you go to the mac store they were a big help. good luck. i know how it feels when you lose half your stuff....
