2 different faceplates?

2 different faceplates?

I've been saving like crazy to buy the TTM 57 and tomorrow as soon as I cash my paycheck I'm ordering it!! Now the site I was going to order it from has only one image:
www.pssl.com
which is a different faceplate than the one on Rane's site:
www.rane.com

I really dig the design on the Rane site and would hate to be stuck with a faceplate that I don't really like. Are there are 2 different faceplates? Or the one off the PSSL site just an outdated pic of an older prototype?

The picture on the PSSL site is the original prototype. No one liked the grey knobs so they were replaced with black ones. Your mixer will look like the one on the Rane website.

well they didn't take my vote on the grey knobs. black knobs and buttons on a black mixer with a black faceplate makes things *very* difficult to see in the club. man do i need a little light to clip on!

I can't speak for how hard those knobs will be to see but gosh does it look slick...

I think that they should have kept the grey knobs for gains.
