TTM57SL and Serato functionality problem

Hey guys,

Just recently I setup my stuff and now my J2 triggers arent working in the first group (where it triggers to restart the strong when i hit it left, or double when I go right)

It's completely greyed out - however when I switch to group 2, the DBL functionality works fine

Anyone have an idea what happened? It just stopped working all of a sudden

Need help - thanks!

push them in while in g1 and hold till they relight...

Mr. Hydro,
Niether one of my triggers are on. They are both not functioning and are greyed out. Any suggestions?

OK did you try pushing them down and holding them in for atleast 5 secs???
