Where to get Ambient Video files/ What do you do when your song is just and MP3?

I am about to buy the Video SL, i already have the TTM-57, a good amount of videos, cords, and extra monitor... so, i am ready to start using Videos. I have a couple questions first.

My MP3 library is extensive, my Video library is not so big. Where do I get ambient videos from?? And if they have sound, when i set it to an MP3, is there a sound conflict?

Also, Can i set movie files to continuously play in the background when there is no video?

i get most of my ambient stuff from promo only.

no, when you have an ambient vid with audio and you set it to play with an mp3 there is no conflict.

from what i recall you can not continuously play a video in the background but it would be a great option. you have to set a new one each time you load a track

Thanks for the info. When you set a video to an MP3, it stays set for future use right?

Does promo only allow for downloads or is it all through the mail? Also, what is the subscription price? I have heard about these guys from this forum a lot. Currently i am on 8th Wonder, but they have watermarks on all their videos.
Any other places to get videos?

Anyhow, maybe I will request the continuous video as a feature... Would be nice to have some weird anime playing in the background when you don't have a video assigned to a track.

I play 99% all videos. It might seem hard, but you can do it and keep the interest of the crowd.

Someone is gonna post some links, but you can get ambient video files from many places, some free and others that will charges you a monthly access fee or a per download fee

These sites are pretty good. Enough to fill in the gaps that I am sure I will have.

With these loops, when you attach them to the MP3, they will continue to loop for the duration of the song? Automatically?

quartz compositions are what your screen savers, music visualizers, etc. are made out of on a mac. i've made a few custom ones with my logo, flyers, promos, club logos, overlays, etc. that i throw on top of videos when spinning. so i don't have to use the other deck to do overlays.
