***How to transfer TTM57 Settings between multiple machines***

Dj.Mojo 1:03 PM - 30 October, 2009
Hi,

tonight I have a gig at a club that has a 57 permanently installed.
I am curious how the groups will be set up. I got a 57 at home and it would be sweet if the groups and effects settings could be the same.
How can this be achieved?
Otherwise I would have to arrive there half an hour earlier to set everything up wich would be a pain.
Thanks in advance for your tips

any customization resides in the computer, not in the mixer

Thanks for the hint with the manual :-)

I just got home from the gig and was pleasantly surprised everything was transferred perfectly.
It went really well and smooth!

Still the 57 they had was the worst I have ever seen.
The fader was stiff as hell and the buttons didn´t really work anymore.

Awful

It appears to me as the 57 needs more service than for example the djm800.
Reason for that are the big slots under the crossfaders in which dust gets cought soooo easily. Also the buttons obviously get dirty very quickly.
The 57 in said club isn´t even used a lot. It is mainly standing around catching dirt.
At home I can simply cover my 57 after I am done djing but seriously who covers a club mixer?

yeah i dont understand how the faders can get that stiff. Ive had my 57 for almost 2 years and the faders are still like brand new and ive put it to good use. My uncle's the same way too, no stiffness in the faders.

dust on the rails of the faders causes the stiffness,
