How do I rip dvd's with multiple audio tracks? I.e. Beastie Boys

Hi!
I bought the Beastie Boys video anthology. This has for almost every video several audio tracks (original, remixes & audio commentary).

Now I've tried ripping them to individual vobs with Mac The Ripper but I always seem to end up with the original song and the audio commentary. No sign of the remixes.
So 2 questions:
1. Is there a way I could rip them without the commentary? Or do I need to fix this individually with Streamclip when converting them to mp4?
2. Where are the goddamn remixes?

Does anyone knows how I should proceed?
I allready tried demuxing them with Mac The Ripper but it didn't seem to work either. I once again am stuck with the original audio and the commentary...

Let me know...

I had to do it with handbrake.

Under audio, select a different language and it's actually a different remix

Thanks a lot, will have to look into Handbrake for the best VSL settings then.
Anyone else knows the workflow with Mac The Ripper?

It's all good, I found all the other audio tracks in the other titles, will take some time to de- and remux everything.

Anyway, thanks for the help!

For the beastie boys anthology I just ripped (mac the ripper) every chapter from every title and sorted them after.... kind of a pain, but wasn't expecting the acapella mixes which were a bonus!

Yeah, that's what I'm doing right now... Didn't check the other titles at first. It is indeed quite some work...
