put the audio on the timeline. right click on it. choose speed. click reverse.

command + j is the shortcut for speed.

if you just want to reverse a small portion of audio. b for blade tool, make cuts in the audio where you want the reverse portion to start and where you want it to end. select the part you want reversed, and reverse it.

you can also use control +v to split the track where the playhead is. it might be quicker than b for blade and then a for arrow tool when you're done.
