wrong. I had to return the pieces of my pimp starter kit because I couldn't afford the whole kit and I needed some groceries.

Paul I took the cheezy way out. I mixed it in Acid then went in Final Cut and edit it. I am having problems with Serato. When I do a live mix the quality is poor so thats why I take this route.
Genius I will call you and we can link up.

Best videos of all time? Well it was OK - just kidding.
I've never seen an advert that good in any bar or club around here!
That's got me thinking, I might put something together myself, no venue in the right mind would turn something like that down...well done.

not any different than the mixtape game - who would be silly enough to try and make a mixtape live, in one take? there is no need anymore
my last three demo video mixes were done in acid/vegas - quality is way better, no mistakes, allows me to overlay logo, etc....

I've seen some sick shows LIVE. Even when they are "live", the tracks are serious "edits".
I used to get bent about the fact that no one does live mixtapes anymore. My last (and only) video mix and audio mix were both 100% live for the performance (overlays added after), but a live performance with unedited tracks is pretty bland compared to what I can do in an editor!
I gave up on being bent about multitracked mixtapes. This is what the game has become. Embrace it or go find something else to do.

especially with video being "new"...... at this stage, in this city, all I'm tying to do is show people what video mixing is all about. I don't need prove my dj skills, doing a live take with scratching, juggling, remixing - I just need quality videos in a smooth mix that streams quickly!

for demos, that is..... so yes, using an editor is good in my books
