Would this prevent having to rebuild overviews?

We've all had to spend days rebuilding our overviews after a crash...so, would it be possible to just duplicate the OverviewBuilder.log file and keep a backup so that when we do lose our overviews, we can simply replace the new file with the old one and be cool? It seems essentially the same thing as transfering your bookmarks and other pref's from mac to mac by duplicating the pref file...

No, but version 1.6.2 will address this problem of having to rebuild overviews

i prefer they address issues rather than burry their heads in tha sand (like Final Scratch).... plus ssl updates are free :)
