Help with a Gig in the OC (7/15)

sup guys my boy told me that his g/f's sister is havin a party for her 15th birtday and they want me to dj, its in Anahiem Hills next saturday from 7-12, im workin on the pay rate right now,,, any of u guys down to rock this party with me? i've never DJ'd for a crowd this young but from what i have read on this forum, seems like the young chicks love to get wild, anyway one of my speakers needs to be repaired so if u could supply the sound system and the mixer that would be dope, and i would bring my tables. holla if u r interested, o and by the way, what would be a reasonable pay rate, 7-12 is long, but setup and break down time

CQuence, if your not going to run lights then I would charge them $600-$700. When you DJ for this kind of event, make sure that your music is edited.

not sure why you bag on LA, there are a lot more states with corn feed swines. Be thankful - at least there is some nice talent on the beaches instead of just beached whales.

I did a sweet 16 not to long ago... damn those chics were finicky. Play club jams they know all the dirty words and will say them over the clean lyrics. I also popped off sweet home alabama and shook me all night long - for 2 sing alongs... Again - they knew every single word. G' luck to ya. Loose the lights - ditch the parents and try to have a good time.. G' luck.
