Hmm, ok, I found here ( www.lyberty.com ) that s video would be the better one.

Still I wonder if this also is the case in the following setup:
I go out of my macbook pro (pre unibody) with the dvi to svideo/rca adapter.
From there I go to a usb video grabber that has svideo and rca inputs, connected to my girlfriends macbook pro.

So does the difference in quality lie in the quality of the cable? Or is it the way the output/converter/adapter works i.e. the output from my mac or the white apple adapter that I use?
