Hello All, I have found that Final Cut Express gives me the cleanest looking video, with the highest level audio quality amongst all the other video converting programs I have used.

Now, I have a questions. When I get a VOB file off a DVD, I use MPEG Streamclip to Demux the VOB to an AIFF & Apple DV-DVCPro NTSC for Final Cut Express.

Now When I drag in the DV-DVCPro Video file into FCE, I get an audio track with it, but I also have the AIFF file I demuxed from the VOB too. I have read that the AIFF file is an uncompressed best quality of the audio for FCE to use. So does that mean the audio file created with the DV-DVCPro a lesser audio quality?

Are they the same audio Quality, or is one better then the other?
