I have read and I could not find a step-by-step informative guide to help me on this issue.

My laptop exceeds the reccomendation for speed and video card. I have updated the video card drivers and I still have this problem. I did the videobatch thing and no difference.

CHOPPY VIDEO PLAYBACK is my problem

MPEG-4 Video Files from Xendamix (the files are fine)

Can someone take the time to reply a step-by-step solution for me.
