Well, I've been looking around but can't find a way to do it. Is it impossible or have I been looking in the wrong places?
What I mean is for example I load a song but it has a wrong bpm set, or it is a new song and it hasn't got a bpm set yet. It seems to me I can only analyze that file when I unhook my Rane. Of course while playing out this isn't really an option. Is there a way around?
Thanks!

if the song already has an overview built but just got the wrong bpm when it analyzed the song, you can manually tap in the bpm while playing out live. press ALT + space to manually tap in the left side and press it again to tap in the right deck.
if the song is new to your library and the overview has never been built before, go to settings, playback, and select the "autofill overviews" option. this will make your computer analyze that song as it's being loaded into the deck. Note that this feature will demand more resources of your computer and if it's already borderline having difficulty playing out live, you may experience lags, dropouts, etc. while it builds the overview in the background.
to my knowledge you cannot (and for good reason) mass build overviews while connected and playing live. just one at a time while you load them on to play.
this isn't a video question btw

Great! I was so looking for a building overview thingie I totally forgot about the tap function. Thanks a lot!
By the way, it happened to me with a video file, I guess that's why I posted it in the video section. Must've been some subliminal malfunction ;-)
