I just came into a bit of money and I'm gonna upgrade my equipment. I already got SSL; should I just buy a 56 or should I sell SSL and buy the 57?

What are the major advantages of the 57 over the 56 other than the convenience? I dont find the SSL very inconvenient to hook up anyway.
