Just got Video SL pulled out the disc to install it everything worked it said it was installed. It restarted my computer, I clicked on my scratchlive and their was no video plug set up screen box. Im using a mac book pro 2.53,57sl and 1.9.0 is on my computer please let me know what i am doing wrong called the office of course a holiday and nobody is working thanks.

I installed it on my desktop and everything worked on my laptop it dosent work the plug in on the set up tscreen dosent not appear.I download the online version and i used my install disk its crazy.

when you're looking at serato is there a button toward the left above your library list that says "video"? it will be next to the "files", "browse", "history" and "prepare" buttons

No button at all but it says its installed.Follow the directions from the disk just not showing up.

ok. well, it doesn't sound like vsl is actually installed. either that or you do not have the current version.

when you say "pulled out the disc to install it" i assume you mean you ordered the boxed version of vsl. i have no idea what version is on the disc.

since you are running 1.9 you should have vsl 1.1.
if you do not have 1.1 then dload it and install.

try going into "setup" then "plug-ins" and check the Video SL box, then you'll see the video tab tomatoslice is talking about

It should be next to display its not there. No plug in tab. I don't unstand this it shows up on my desktop but not my labtop.

tomatoslice I did what u said and installed vsl 1.1 it says its installed is their a way to find out where it is installed cuz i dont see it anywhere and i am thankful for the help.

so you say your serato does NOT look like this (with the usb unplugged)?
see above the "video" button faaaar left of the "find" window. you don't have that?

btw i attempted to find where my vsl loaded to and haven't found it yet.

altho, they really should change this to the "HELP!! my vsl is fubar!!" section as it is quickly becoming.lol

Yeah it dosent look like that at all. It works right on my desktop for some reason not working on my laptop.

When i went to /libarary/Application Support/scratchlive/plugins and clicked on it i got a mess that says (You cant open application Scratch video Pluggin because its not support on this architecture) what does that mean.
