the sl is reading only files from my disk on key

hey after i'm converting my files i plug my disk on key to remove them to my leptop

and the the serato progrem dosent read them from my hard disk , he is read only from my disk on key.......

i assume this is a vsl question.
have you used serato before?

are you loading the files into serato?
if so, what format are the files?

ya i'm using serato 3 years, i'm loding them into the serato i also tryed to import them

are the files just not playing?
are they showing up in serato at all?

also, it could be a codecs that vsl does not read.

I had issues with larger .mov files. Try ripping them to something smaller to see if that helps?

when i remvoe them to the hard disk its not read them at all they not showing up ,only from my disk on key
