Full screen output in demo version

I must be missing something here. How can you get the output window to go full-screen in demo mode?

if it goes into full screen, you double click the window.

Doubleclicking the output window does not seem to work.

Fullscreen is not available in demo mode. That and the watermark are the only restrictions...

Thanks Nathan

Nathan,

Is there any thought to allowing the demo version to do full screen? You do have that huge logo so it's not like you can use it in a real setting.

We don't see any reason to. You can still resize the output window (using the lower right corner as normal) if you want to see what it looks like 'big'

That's true. I am just looking at compression ratios and having the demo window "snap" to the full screen ensures that I can get a constant look every time.

just buy the plug-in.

it's well worth it. That way when you ask a bunch of questions you know that they can answer on the clock.

I'm already thinking about ways to further compensate for the efforts put into VSL.

If you are that serious about compression ratios, the price of VSL should be within your budget.

Come on, the Serato crew needs cake at least once a week. Preferably on mondays.

Pre-sales questions are always an important part for any software company.

(We need an edit function!)

Let me add that I am looking at both the Serato plug-in and the other one for video and one of the factors is how many extra monitors I will need to bring. With the other one I am only looking at bringing 1 extra monitor and can use a dualhead2go vs more monitors and a triplehead2go in order to make it work.

This is more about the preview window functions vs the full-screen output window function, but you see what I mean. And while they both cost the same amount of money, why would anyone spend an extra $200 if they didn't have to?

I would much rather keep everything Serato, but it's all about the features and performance.
