you can do it with fan pages you just have to have at least 1000 fans

Hey guys, I am a bit slow on this. How do you get this to work? Are you doing this off a group or a page? Can somebody walk me through the steps to get this to work I searched facebook with no luck?

it's for accounts and pages. all accounts are eligible, but pages require at least 1000 fans before you can set the username
