handbrake problem need help

hay i just download the handbrak i follow all the orders in the serato page www.scratchlive.net step by step ,but the serato video sl dosent lode the files inside, i dont know what to do i'm trying like 4 hours lol maby i sould convert to mov files? becose i tryed to convert to mp4 avi nothing workes

any help? thanx alot

well i tryed ather convertor progream and the serato is reading the files but only from my dick on kay, not from the hard disk ,strange........

when i pluge my dick on kay the serato sl is reading the files but when i remove them to the computer its not reading them.....i'm using pc

i gotta question...i didnt wanna start a new thread but this concerns handbrake. Seems that when i convert mpeg to mp4 using handbrake..it takes the song out of sync of the video. but avi, and other formats dont have an issue.. anyone know why?
