They are there when I click on tracked discussions. But they are not counted in the number on the tool box. So if I have new posts in WL.net, it doesn't get counted.
Cheers!

I am actually quite happy that the posts in the wl-feedback area are not counted since I do not really want to be notified whenever someone posts their opinion in one of the wl-threads.

Cheers!
Thanks, we'll put that on our list. I hadn't noticed.
We shouldn't have different rules for different areas. I, for one, want to be notified when someone posts a follow up to the feedback I'm tracking.
You can always click "Stop tracking this discussion" after posting :)

Sure, but why making it harder for us... those who leave feedback? I assume that the majority of the DJ's just listens to the releases, post their feedback and are not interested in what other djs think about that. I understand that mods have a certain interest in following the feedback - but you could just auto-track all releases.
Or you could click on "track this discussion" ;)

That's what I do. And only for certain ones.
I know what you mean. Whitelabel Release Feedback is different to other areas. For example, Whitelabel Blog comments are essentially "forum threads" within a "forum area", but because we never present it in the forum context they don't have to obey the usual forum rules (like tracking).
Whitelabel Release Feedback, however, is an area, so it should follow the rules.

Yes, but I think it is a special area. Like the help area is a bit different... I think the wl-area should be a bit different. I bet you would get more feedback if you add just a rating button. Not sure whether this would help the labels or not. By the small amount of feedback *from* the labels (whenever someone asks a specific question) I have the impression that not many read the feedback anyway.
Just making assumption, and I hope it is clear where they are coming from.
And... you also have other exceptions in there... I can't start a new thread in the wl.net feedback area ;)

I agree, I also said "Whitelabel Release Feedback is different to other areas."
Of course :)
Yeah, we made a special field in that areas table, nik39_cant_create_thread, and set it to 1 :D
