Help with Serato Video SL - Beginner

Hi, ive had serato for 3 years, and now ive made the jump to video djin, so i bought the code online via the scratch live site. I put the code in via the setup page under plug ins and its authorized, but when i go to the main screen and click video its telling me to enter the code again and when i do that click ok and its does nothing, could someone help me out please??

sure you put right code in? It will say ok in green once you got it correct. other than that I can't say,,,, u can uninstall it and reload software for starters.

The code i got after i purchased it from the website, the first 3-4 digits weren't part of the code (the first blocks of digits).....the ones after that i typed in and it worked fine
