Drop-Outs! Wieso?

Hallo,

seit ca. zwei Wochen habe ich Drop-Outs beim Auflegen mit Serato.
Es ist keine Regelmäßigkeit zu erkennen. Mal läuft alles perfekt für eine halbe Stunde, mal setzt der Sound alle 2-3 Minuten aus?!

Habe überlegt ob es an der Stromversorgung meines USB-Ports liegen könnte und die Box an den Netzstecker angeschlossen. Keine Veränderung!
Andere Box ausprobiert, keine Veränderung!
Platten ausgetauscht, Nadeln gesäubert, an verschiedene Anlagen angeschlossen, keine Veränderung!
Ich benutze SSL 1.8.3 mit einem MacBook!

Hat jemand eine Idee woran es liegen könnte?!

Habe ich auch schon dran rumgespielt, aber die Einstellung wurde nicht verändert.
Daran liegt es auch nicht.

Den vorderen! Habe wie gesagt mit den gleichen Einstellungen drei Jahre ohne DropOuts aufgelegt.

Leopard 10.5.6
Habe einige Updates gemacht gemacht, aber nur die die von der Mac Systemaktualisierung vorgeschlagen wurden.

Das sind automatisch alle ;) Seit einigen Tagen gibts aber 10.5.7, wobei es unwahrscheinlich ist, dass es Besserung verspricht: support.apple.com

Habe mir das Update gerade geladen, denke aber nicht das es am Betriebssystem liegt. Kann den jemand was mit dem DropOutCount was anfangen?!

hm, wie verhält sich dein laptop, wenn du im ssl betrieb mal im internet surfst, die helligkeit verstellst, andere programme wie zb. safari aufmachst?

Ohne Probleme!
Denke mittlerweile es könnte evtl. doch an den USB-Ports liegen.
Habe vorhin eine externe Festplatte (ohne Netzstecker!) anschließen wollen. Die LED hat geleuchtet, aber der Mac hat die Festplatte weder erkannt nich gelesen. An einem anderen MacBook wurde sie erkannt und gelesen!

Man müsste die Zeitspanne kennen. Ohne die sind die Logs nicht aussagekräftig. Total Unmasked Dropouts: 1363 und Total Masked Dropouts: 283 klingt schrecklich, sonst schauts nicht sooo schlimm aus.

Merken wie lange du aufgelegt hast ;) Sonst leider nicht. Die Log-Datei ist nur eher ein kleines Hilfsmittel in die man immer sofort nach ner Session gucken kann wenn es Probs gab.

Die letzte war ca. sieben Stunden.

Weil jeder Eintrag im Log eine Session von SSL ist und der Eintrag mit den enorm vielen DropOuts grob der 40. von unten ist!

Alles klar!
Wundert mich allerdings, weil ich seit der letzten Session, bei der es so unverschämt viele DropOuts gab, SSL vielleicht dreimal gestartet habe.
