Serato DJ intro crashes on iTunes song load

Hey guys,

I have a Pioneer weego3 with the latest drivers loaded (1.05). I have a MBP version 10.9.5 - 2.4gh intel core 2 duo - 4g ram.

Pretty much every time I load an iTunes song on a playing deck it crashes. It also randomly crashes if a iTunes song is not playing and I load a song. This load action is done with my keyboard. The same result happens when I use the "browse/load" options on the controller. I'm running the latest sera to dj intro version as well. It works fine with regular mp3 files.

I'm a Serato dj user with my ns6 and don't have these problems.

Any insight to fix this problem?

Hey Kane,

I did contact them and they wrote me back. They basically said that Serato DJ intro is more sensitive to corrupt files that regular Serato DJ. The best scenario I got out of this was to upgrade my Serato DJ Intro to regular Serato DJ.
