TTM57SL - XLR output dead

Hey, one of my xlr outputs is dead. The right one is dead, the left one works flawless. Tested the cable with my other 57, works. So, have you got any ideas? Already ordered a spare poti for the master output, but havent soldered it in yet. Already checked the flat cables between the 2 pcb boards (top&bottom). No problems here.

I guess inspect the xlr connection to the PCB which I'm sure you would do before replacing the pot. That's all I got...

I've switched out my gain pots, pretty simple.

I got a spare gain pot here. Will inspect the xlr to pcb traces. If it looks ok ill replace the pot. Is that what you mean?
