Нашёл решение (писал по английски для другого форума):
1 power off the ns7II
2 attach unit to computer (note ns7II drivers must be installed for recognition)
3 power on ns7II while holding down the FWD,LOAD A and LOAD B buttons
4 when you see CUE button on right deck blinking , press CUE
you should now see the USB button on the center solid red
Now disconnect all usb and wireless devices. Turn off antivirus and firewall. Close all othe programs.Make sure your laptop connect to power line.
Now you ready to flash the firmware. Launch the "NS7II Firmware Updater".
After that click OK on popup message and push the blinking button on conroller.
