all these upgrades on the features but nothing on crates and space still having problems wish u guys lived in my hometown cause this problem has been going on for almost 2 years and none of the help works
1# i put a 1TB in my Mac And the right amount of Memory to handle this computer
2# Transfered Music From PC To Mac
3# I Have To Delete Crates In Order to get to What i want to play
4# was Told By A Top Person At Serato I had To Many Crates So i deleted and made sub crates shit still did not help
5# Everytime i email i get a BS answer lol
6# talk to dj's in my city none of them can help need a designer of this product to really look at this problem and help with this

i got the sl4 when it came out and never used it because of the same issue and i have a lot of music.

Serato's crate system is terrible. I wish there was a 3rd party .crate file editor we could use to make them outside of Serato DJ. My crates keep disappearing after I make them because SDJ isn't creating the .crate file in my _Serato_\Subcrates folder like it should. Support has been unhelpful but I just sent in another ticket in hopes that maybe somebody will be able to do something this time.
