Tracks drifting out of sync on Laptop, but not on Desktop

I just purchased a new laptop (Lenovo Flex 2) and I've been having some trouble with the tempo drifting out of sync in Serato Intro. It doesn't seem to matter whether I'm beatmatching or playing two tracks with the same native tempo, they stay roughly in sync with each other for about 2-4 bars and then slowly drift apart. I don't think the issue is faulty analysis, because it happens both when using sync and beatmatching by ear, and does not occur when playing the same tracks on my desktop machine. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on?

The laptop's specs are as follows:
i7-4510U @ 2.0gHz
Intel HD4000 Graphics
8GB RAM
500GB 5400RPM HDD

A few things I forgot to mention:

i'm running Windows 8.1 on the laptop, Windows 7 on my desktop, using the Pioneer DDJ-SB controller with both.
