Serato DJ PLAY button not responding on software or hardware (VCI-400)

Serato DJ 1.7.3 using my VCI-400 PLAY button Channel 3 (A) not responding.
I bought this VCI-400 1 month ago & worked fine. I may have updated from
Serato DJ 1.7.1 to 1.7.3 but think it was working fine until last week.
Checked Snoize.com Midi Monitor app & its all working as far as hardware.
Software issue then yes? How to fix? Revert to older Serato DJ, which one if so?

Using Mac OS X 10.9.5 (the whole past few months & currently, havnt changed that & dont want to as new OS X would take out some of my apps i use for producing.

Please help soon as I have 3 important DJ gigs next week!

Did you buy the license or you just used the 14 day trial?

My 2 units work on both versions 1.7.3 & 1.7.4.
Didn't care about as I don't have 57II & NS7 which were the only only units focussed on this update.

Yes, bought the Serato DJ few years ago. Have version 1.7.3
Was working with VCI-400 last 4 weeks then this PLAY button just stopped
working. May have been with update from 1.7.1 to 1.7.3
Definitely not hardware related as did test with MixWare tech support.
Sent Help Request to Serato & waiting to hear back.
Gotta get this solved before 3 big DJ gigs next week!

ps. New 1.7.5 update features moren then just 57II & NS7 but site says:
"New features include, Beat Jump, International Language Support, EQ Coloured Waveforms, Master Video FX and Karaoke file support in Serato Video."

I'm gonna try installing this now & see if it fixes it.
