You may purchase whatever combination your heart may desire. This may not suffice for what you actually need. These are the options Serato offers though in terms of combinations or "value packs". (kits)

Forthcoming the option to have the Serato DJ and DVS license will be bundled as the Seraot Club kit.

You'll need to wait for the 1.7.4 release though.
