Midi Map a Shift Button To Delete Cue Points

Does anyone know how to apply the code to the above?
In ScratchLive the Red Hammer code used to achieve this...if its the same for SDJ how and where do you put it in the xml for it to work?

I am using a Korg padKontrol with Serato DJ, I want to be able to map a "Shift" button so that I can hold it down to delete Cue Points. In SSL you would modify the XML midi file and add some code called "Red Hammer Delete" to be able to set a Shift button, but the xml file created by SDJ is very much different from ScratchLive.
