bitrate is too low. your file is only 20mb. i'd say it should be 60mb or higher. framerate and keyframes are low too. you need to re-work your preset/template.

bert,

use the following settings (not sure where they are in prizm)

video
format: mp4 x264 or equivalent
bitrate: 2600kbps 2-Pass
resolution: 640x480
crop: TBD = to be determined
framerate: don't change from original source
aspect ratio: TBD
deinterlacing: YADIF Mode0 or better

audio
encoder: aac
bitrate: 160kbps or greater
sample: 48khz stereo

keyframes: don't know how to set this in prizm. min needs to be 1 and max needs to be 25. avg should be about 20

i recommend using an app that more vsl users are familiar with. your results would be better.

try handbrake or mediacoder.
