Why can i not see the full plugin in 1.9.0

I have just paid for and downloaded Video SL and am trying lauch the plugin in SL 1.9.0.
I am using this without the rane mixer please help! I cannot see the full plugin after clicking the video tab.

did you enable the video SL plugin under options/video?
