Looks and sounds good. Your big joints on your myspace are on smash too. Good shizzle.
dj lad 7:53 PM - 28 March, 2009
Yeah man I'm digging your work. As I said I love that one remix on your MySpace with Bloc Party. Thank you!!
dj lad 7:58 PM - 28 March, 2009
The only issue I'd have with this is the aspect ratio. It's really skewed.
djdaddydog 10:37 PM - 28 March, 2009
thanks guys.....yeah originally it was 1280 x 720 but was over 100mb so i had to shrink it down.....if i did 720 x 480 i looked stretched. this is the best i can do for now....but i'll get better with more practice.
lvmez 10:56 PM - 28 March, 2009

you just have to make sure you use the correct pixel aspect ratio.
djdaddydog 7:17 AM - 29 March, 2009
click the mediafire click to dl ....hey d-twizzle how can i correct the pixel aspect ratio? is it gay how my logo spun around into place?
dj lad 8:57 AM - 29 March, 2009
Yeah, that's the big thing - pixel ratio.

I usually use 640x480 with a 1:1 ratio. It looks good that way.

You can do 720x480 with a 4:3 - try that - it shouldn't look stretched that way.

720x480 4:3 PAR
or
640x480 1:1

note that depending on your encoder, it may specify pixel aspect ratio as and actual ratio like 4:3 or a decimal number. Get your division on if your software uses decimal.

What software and how is this video remixing done?? I'm really interested in making some video remixes. Just want to know how to get started.
a-swift 4:24 PM - 29 March, 2009
most guys are using vegas or final cut to edit videos
D-Twizzle 5:04 PM - 29 March, 2009
640x480 at 1.0 pixel aspect ratio works good for full screen videos.
but you can crop out the black bars on a widescreen videos and use 640x360.

720x480 at .909 pixel aspect ratio is common for full screen dvd videos.
720x480 at 1.212 pixel aspect ratio is common for wide screen dvd videos.

most hd sources use 1.0 pixel aspect ratio now.

its certainly easier to calculate if the raw pixel size is the same as the display size.
