Serato DJ Intro with Serato DJ Cues and loops

Does anything happen to my Cues and loops when I use Serato DJ INTRO?
I usually use Serato DJ, but friend wants to barrow my flash drive that has all my music. All my music has been analysed and most songs contain at least 1 cue somewhere in the song.

So my question is does anything happen to my cues when i use them on a different computer running DJ INTO?
