i do it a bit ghetto, but i have a hard drive recorder, with a dvd burner, i think they are a few hundred bucks at like best buy or something, i used to use it to record live tv its great... but you just plug in a s vid from the macbook pro and then the rcas from the 57 i usually record in the highest quality, i have a live mix i did on my myspace page.

Got Screenflow and visually all fine when rec .....Cannot record audio out of ttm57sl line 2 as soon as i open serato it takes over sound card duties... and then screenflow tries to change the audio recording preferences to the apple driver for serato and still wont work... will only record audio through ttm57 line 2 when serato is not open so how do i fix this one ??? :(

I bought the "Archos 5 IMT" and run a line from my video splitter right into it with a feed from my 57 for the audio. Works fine. Unless you were going for perfect DVD quality, this would be a simple solution. Plus I can use it for everything else! Great $500 investment in my opinion.
