I own the Sl-1 box (sound card) which I believe I have registered.
I want to try out video sl with the new Beta version (since I don't own a TTM-57)
I have MP4 files from smashvidz/8th wonder (and Vobs/Mpeg2 from promo only that I realize will not work until I convert them)

my question is....

in order to test out that the new beta version must I buy the plug in first or does the demo version allow me the luxury of not having to buy the plug-in until I am satisfied that it is what I want.

Demo version will work. The only thing is you will have a watermark stamp on the scree.

I downloaded 1.9 of Scratch Live
Downloaded the new video beta version
pressed video plug in in the set up section
no audio or video (mp4) files will load???? don't know whats up???

I pressed demo version in set up (since I don't have the serial for video plug in).

my specs dual core 2, NVIDIA 9500m GS, 100GB HD space free, 3 GB memory, 2.5 GHz processor (plays Virtual DJ perfectly)
